Relax in the open living area with gas fireplace and 60" flat screen TV. It's the perfect place to gather and make a gourmet meal without missing any of the action! A half bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen, along with the washer/dryer area. The Lower Level is warm and rustic with a wet bar, full bath, 60" flat screen TV and electric fireplace offering a cozy pub-style atmosphere.

Each of the bedrooms is on its own level. The Master Bedroom Suite on the main level features a King-size bed, private bath, TV, and french doors which open to gorgeous mountain views from the back deck. The second bedroom on the upper level features a Queen-size bed, private bath, and step-out balcony with excellent views of Mt. Yonah. The third bedroom on the lower level features a King-Size bed, TV, and opens to the lower living area.

Outside, relax in the hot tub or swing in the front yard while viewing the majestic North Georgia Mountains. During the summer months, the gentle rushings of waterfalls on Mt. Yonah can be heard, along with the babblings of a nearby creek. With it's secluded back yard on almost 2 acres, to explore, and abundance of Mountain Laurel scattered around the property, Above and Beyond is truly a nature lover's paradise!

Above and Beyond can accommodate an additional 2 guests (queen air mattress) for a total of 8 guests maximum.
