Pinnacle’s commitment and hands-on approach with getting our cabin ready for your rental program was absolutely top-notch!  From helping us get our outdoor project going (and keeping it on track until completion), waterproofing decks, revamping existing furnishings, to decorating and design tips, were very impressive and much appreciated.  Also, your recommendations for third party companies to assist with HVAC, window cleaning, masonry and stonework, etc. were exceptional.  Assigning one consistent cleaning crew for our cabin has also been fantastic.  We didn’t worry about the contents of our cabin, or have any concerns whatsoever about cleanliness.  We were able to completely enjoy our stays and all that Helen has to offer, without spending time working on our cabin.  Our friends and family raved about how well maintained our cabin was, and what an enjoyable and relaxing place it was to stay.  Every time I reached out with questions or seeking advice, you have responded quickly…and always had an answer or opinion, which was truly helpful to us as first-time vacation homeowners.  I will always say nothing but great things about Pinnacle and your exceptional staff.

We had Pinnacle Cabin Rentals handle our property for over 5 years and were extremely happy with them.  They made sure the cabin was cleaned well and took care of minor issues of maintenance as if it were their own.  Anytime a more serious issue arose, such as a hot tub problem or heat pump problem, they would always consult with us before calling repairmen to take care of it.  Many times we felt like they went beyond the average agency to help us keep the property in tiptop shape.  We retired to Texas but will certainly book future rentals with Pinnacle when we come back to visit our friends in Georgia.  We can recommend them with ease and confidence that they will do the best job possible.
